* Extra Bonus Points in ascending order for each consecutive 4th Freeze Pop (ie 1 whole pack/box) eaten in one sitting (observing the 4 min afterburn after each subsequent 4th Freeze Pop)

• 1 bonus point for the 4th Freeze Pop;
• 2 bonus points for the 8th Freeze Pop;
• 3 bonus points for the 12th Freeze Pop and so on

Challenge Rules

• No food or drink for the duration of the Challenge.
• You must video your challenge without edits & remain on camera at all times until the challenge is complete.
• Read the short disclaimer found at the bottom of leagueoffire.com/disclaimer clearly into the camera.
• The Freeze Pops must be frozen solid, opened and consumed on-screen.
• Consume Freeze Pop #1 within 1 minute, show an empty mouth and complete a 2 minute burn.
• Repeat the process until all 4 Freeze Pops (ie 1 whole pack/box) are consumed. Then wait 4 minutes.
• When the 4 minute afterburn is up, you have completed the challenge.
• Repeat as necessary!

• Your trial items are to remain on camera & in frame at all times
• Keep timers on and in frame during burn times

Additional rules effective from 15 March 2023

• No spitting or drooling – if you’re producing saliva, make sure you swallow it!
• No waiting in excess of 1 minute after burn time during back-to-back attempts.
• No covering of mouth with tissue/napkin or some such. Wiping of face, nose, and/or mouth is acceptable.
