There are currently 2 ways you can make payments through the online shop. One is to make card payments via Stripe which is the option selected by default. The other option is via PayPal which is still one of the safest ways to make payments online. You can still use your debit or credit card this way even if you don’t have a PayPal account.
All costs quoted below include packaging and are automatically calculated at checkout and may change without notice.

FREE SHIPPING ON UK MAINLAND ORDERS OVER £100
As a thank you for spending your hard earned cash with us we offer FREE DELIVERY for all UK MAINLAND orders over £100 (up to 15kg). The following locations are classed as remote by our courier service and are classed as UK Highlands & Islands and therefore do not qualify for free shipping: AB36-38, AB55-56, FK17-21, G83, HS, IV, KA27-28, KW, PA20-78, PH18- 26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE1-3.
UK Mainland Shipping
For all UK Mainland orders the costs are as follows:-
- Up to 1kg = £3.69
- 1kg to 2kg = £3.99
- Between 2kg & 5kg = £5.99 (courier)
- Between 5kg & 10kg = £8.95 (courier)
- Between 10kg & 15kg = £10.95 (courier)
All UK Mainland orders up to 2kg are sent by Royal Mail or via courier and are dispatched Monday-Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). Orders should arrive within 3-5 working days from the date you ordered but may be a little longer during busy times. Deliveries are made Monday-Friday between 9.00am-5.00pm. Currently it is not possible to specify a time for delivery.
All UK Mainland orders between 2kg & 15kg are sent via courier and are dispatched Monday-Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). Courier orders are delivered Monday-Friday between 8am and 6pm and should arrive within 3-5 working days from the date you ordered but may be a little longer during busy times. It’s not possible to specify a time for delivery. If you or the recipient is out and unable to accept the package the courier will often leave a card advising you where they have left your package.
UK Highlands & Islands
For all UK Highlands & Islands (including Channel Islands, Highlands and Islands, Scilly Isles and the Isle of Man) the cost for orders are as follows:-
- Up to 1kg = £3.69
- 1kg to 2kg = £3.99
- Between 2kg & 4kg = £5.99
- Between 4kg & 5kg = £13.85
- Between 5kg & 10kg = £20.25

Orders should arrive within 3-5 working days from the date you ordered but may be a little longer during busy times. Deliveries are made Monday-Friday between 9.00am-5.00pm. All orders are sent either by Royal Mail or other courier and are dispatched Monday-Friday. Arrival times may vary between 5-7 working days for Europe. Arrival times will be longer for Rest of the World so please be patient. The costs vary by country and by weight. This website will calculate shipping at checkout.
British Forces Overseas (BFPO)
We are currently unable to process British Forces Overseas (BFPO) orders through the website, however, please do get in touch (email email@example.com or through the Contact page) and we’ll sort something out.
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if goods you have ordered are not available.
Cancellation of an order can only be accepted if sent by e-mail. Cancellation must be received before the goods are dispatched. If the goods have been dispatched you should follow the returns policy detailed below.
Returns & Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase please return it unused within 7 working days and we will refund the price. We will not pay for return postage unless the goods are faulty. We recommend that if items are returned a certificate of postage is obtained as goods remain your responsibility until received by us.
In the unlikely event that goods arrive faulty or damaged, please inform us immediately so that we can replace them in accordance with your statutory rights. In such cases, we can refund the costs of postage. Please call us for assistance on +44 (0) 7958 710529.
