Love chillies, love spice, love cooking spicy food from all over the world. Favourite chilli is still the humble jalapeno. Started growing chillies in 2007 and grew them every year until 2013 when my back garden was taken over by football nets and trampolines. Those days have gone now and I've started again. In the past I've grown jalapenos, peach habanero, padron, demon red to name a few. This year it's big sun habanero, jalapeno and aji lemon. Together with my friend, I have a homemade poly tunnel and a greenhouse. Mostly pickle the crop but this year hoping to make a sauce. Fingers crossed!
