About

I am a veteran and originally from Norther Maine. Currently I am a transplant of the western slope of Colorado. Some of the different things that I enjoy doing is a bit of woodworking, and brewing my own beer and mead. This year I decided to start my own pepper patch as well. Once I get some good pods I taste them right off the plant. I have just recently started dabbling in fermenting some foods and have a mild Thai sauce that I am working on right now. I have always enjoyed things more on the spicy side than any of my other family members.
