When I was young I loved eating all things spicy then I turned 12 and was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis. That's when I thought my journey of eating all things spicy was dead, until I found Johnny Scoville from Chase The Heat and listened to him talk about peppers and capsaicin. I did my own research about peppers and found out that capsaicin heals ulcers, and my journey started a new and here I am. Can't wait to see where this chillihead journey takes me.
