Just a guy from Maine. I've been eating hot and spicy foods for years. I'm an avid bicycle rider, cook, and video gamer. I worked in kitchens for about 15 years. Learning all kinds of techniques.  I learned the art of smoking meats and was known as the brisket whisperer. I have always sought out spicy food. I am also looking to improve my tolerance for spicy foods. In all reality I'm just a simple guy from the state of Maine.
