I'm just a regular guy from Baltimore with a love for making and eating hot sauces and spicy foods. Being a small part of the chilli community is the coolest thing to happen to me in a long time. I don't have the highest heat tolerance in the world but I do my best to push through the pain and push my own limits of heat. There are two people especially that inspired me to go on this journey and they are The UK Chilli Queen and Johnny Scoville. I watched them since the beginning and I was in awe of their mental toughness and wanted to try some of the challenges they faced. I'll never be quite on their level but that's fine with me.
