I'm Erik from Sorry Sauce. I make small batch, craft hot sauces with peppers and other ingredients I grow myself. Wherever possible, I buy my other ingredients from local farmers. I'm also super Canadian, so every bottle comes with a free apology.

When I'm not making sauce, I'm probably either eating hot sauce or out playing guitar or drums somewhere in a punk rock band.
