My name is Gary, or Gaz as my friends call me. I live in the South Island of New Zealand. By day I manage a stainless steel foundry, by night I'm a chilli addict... Well that's day and night really! Although I enter local competitions and have won 1, I'm more of a character in NZ chilli community! I love reviewing sauces and pods on my Facebook page "Chilli Gaz" and take up almost any spicy challenge I have set for me! Name drop - am good friends with champ Justin Rummel too! Also, I hate coriander!
