I think I can safely say I have a world record in the number of chilli-eating competitions entered and won. I can also say with a lot of confidence that I am the only person in this world who has won two competitions in one day in two countries just a few hours apart. I am also the current LOF World Champion Chilli-Eater Belt holder. My initial goal was to get to 50 comps #undefeated which I achieved in May this year. I now hope to get to 100! 🙂 xxx
